Judith founded Touchstone Associates Ltd, as a specialist coaching and leadership consultancy practice in 2006.  Since then she has worked with clients across the public, private and not for profit sectors in the UK and in the private sector in Qatar.  Her coaching has been described by clients as transformative and focuses on helping them gain clarity about career ambitions/direction and their approach to, and style of,  leadership.

She spent 25 years in senior management roles in the public sector, including as a chief executive, and has first-hand experience of the challenges and changing nature of the role of leaders.   She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource development a Pg. Diploma in Management Studies and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, having trained with the world’s largest ‘in person’ Coach Training Organisation – CTI.  

Judith has such passion for the power of coaching that she also trains coaches up  to ILM Level 7  Executive Coaching and Mentoring through which she share’s the power of coaching to impact positively on human relationships both at work and at home.
