- Accountability - Being accountable for what we do and how we do it
- Community – we believe in supporting the community through our charitable work, 5% of all our work currently is comprised of either reduced fees for charities, charitable donations or is pro bono for those who cannot afford the skills we bring to the world of work. We are working towards 10% by the year 2012
- Sustainability –contributing to a greener planet in every way we can, through our travel choices, our stationery and our use of resources. We also contribute back to the planet through a sustainability scheme
